PreVisor, a leader in pre-employment assessments and selection solutions that connect hiring decisions to business results, today announced its acquisition of talent assessments specialists CraftSystems, Inc., founded 29 years ago by Dr. Larry L. Craft, and based in Bradenton, Florida.

CraftSystems has built a strong reputation for the technical and predictive strength of their assessments. The test most associated with the company is the Craft Personality Questionnaire or CPQ, designed especially to identify high potential for success in a sales role.

The acquisition of CraftSystems will give PreVisor an additional 500 clients, with a deep base in insurance and financial services sectors, including Guardian Life, MetLife, Northwestern Mutual, Principal Financial, Wyndham, and Xerox.
