We are always looking for new and innovative ways to add value to our customers businesses and after a recent think tank on customer service levels we felt that this Quickturn PCB service was a great way forward.

Phoenix based PCB circuit board manufacturer Avanti Circuits have been at the forefront of a number of innovations in PCB technology over the years and have helped speed up the operations of thousands of their customers globally. In so doing this printed circuit board manufacturer has made many of their customer’s operations faster and a lot more profitable.

This week however, Avanti Circuits is taking the concept of speed to a whole new level with the announcement of their same day delivery service for their two layer prototype PCB product. As long as a customer has their purchase order in by 9:00am “Avanti time,” they will be guaranteed to have their 2 layer prototype PCB at their door the same day.

According to Jim Keaton, Managing Director, “This Quickturn PCB program is something that we have been working on for quite some time. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to add value to our customers businesses and after a recent think tank on customer service levels we felt that this Quickturn PCB service was a great way forward.” Jim went on to say that “When we talked to our customers in regular business meetings, we felt that delivery of a high quality product like our two layer prototype PCB is something that would make a real difference to the bottom line of a great number of our customers. With a faster turnaround in delivery, our customers are now able to manufacture their products in less time and get them to market quicker.”

If market reaction is anything to go by this new move by Avanti Circuits seems to be working well as orders are already starting to increase for this new service according to their sales department . One sales official said that “Since introducing the new Quickturn PCB service we have been inundated with demand for our prototype PCB, but we are well prepared for this occurrence and will have no problem in fulfilling the high level of orders we are currently receiving.”

It looks like Avanti Circuits, who have been making the process of connecting electrical components a lot simpler and cheaper with their Printed circuit boards for many years, are set to connect their customers with their products in a way that will not only offer offer great value but will really make a difference to their productivity levels.
