For Sale For Lease’s Managing Director, Michael Atwell, is excited about the positive changes, stating, "with our increased additions, we have managed to provide customers with a service that is unmatched in the Australian property market."

After successfully establishing itself in the residential sales and leasing field, For Sale For Lease is now offering commercial property owners the benefit of their proven expertise, providing all the services of a traditional real estate agent. The services give customers access to agency-only industry websites, including realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, which alone gives them access to an estimated 90 per cent of all Australian online property searches.

The customer carries out their own open for inspections, which can save them thousands of dollars and no final-sale commission fees are payable. Instead, customers can choose from two options with the new commercial property sales and leasing arm, depending on what kind of features they want to include:

  • $295 for Commercial/Business sales and leasing service as an upfront payment, then $79 per month
  • $195 for the Residential Leasing service as an upfront payment, then $79 per month

The monthly fee includes listing on all major industry websites, with For Sale For Lease dedicated to providing customers with the support they need to quickly sell or lease their commercial property.

The revamped business service from For Sale For Lease operates in the same way as the residential ventures, listing a business for sale on all the top industry websites. With an initial listing fee of $420 and a monthly fee of $79, the Australian vendor can easily sell their home for a final overall fee that can be just 5% of a traditional estate agent’s commission.
