Poised for Growth, Key Air Promotes Greg Kinsella as President and CEO of its Aircraft Management and Jet Charter Businesses

Key Air, a leading national provider of best-in-class aircraft management and worldwide private jet charter services announced today that Greg Kinsella has been promoted to the position of President and CEO succeeding Bob Marinace. Mr. Kinsella will continue to grow the solid operating platform and strong customer focused services upon which Key Air's foundation is built.

Key Air, a leading national provider of best-in-class aircraft management and worldwide executive jet charter services is pleased to announce that Greg Kinsella has been promoted to the position of President and CEO.

Prior to his promotion, Mr. Kinsella was Vice President, Business Development at Key Air. Mr. Kinsella, an experienced pilot, is a seasoned aviation professional with a diverse background, including prior experience at major airframe and engine OEMs such as British Aerospace, Saab Aircraft and Rolls-Royce North America. In addition, he has held key leadership positions at Arcadia Aviation and American Eagle Airlines. Mr. Kinsella has been appointed to succeed current President and CEO, Bob Marinace, as the company continues to grow and develop successfully as a leader in aircraft management and jet charter services.

Mr. Marinace commented, “Having Greg take over the aircraft management and charter responsibilities is part of an internal succession plan. I am proud to have had the opportunity to work with the talented team of professionals at Key Air to create a very solid operating platform for Greg to continue to build upon.”
