The first one is excellent product production capacity.

The sandstone crushing line is different from the new type production line, for the cement production line is manufactured on the base of hundred years’ experience in developed countries. And the new main type production line is the new highlight in cement industry. However, the sandstone production line is absolutely different from that in many aspects, including: emphasis, team accomplishment, basic experience and management. Thus the design of safety plays such an important role.
The fifth one is good production environment.
There are commonly two ways that aggregate production line may damage the environment: one is dust and the other is the destruction of vegetation and natural landscape. People need to pay more attention to the restoration and control of vegetation and natural landscape.
The sixth one is information technology
Compared to a traditional sand stone production line, the new gravel line has higher standards in the construction of information on the production line. The standards mainly include: automatic optimization systems; automatic detection on axle temperature, oil temperature and vibration; remote monitoring, online particle size, particle shape and even fineness modulus testing, consumption records accumulated data analysis, automatic operation and various management functions in one ERP system, and SCM (supply chain management) and CRM (customer relationship management) system .
