Prognosis is now part of the Avaya SPP in Europe

Prognosis is Avaya’s selected solution for real-time voice quality performance management and we are pleased to offer it to our customers through our DevConnect Select Product Program

Integrated Research (IR) today announced that Prognosis for Unified Communications (UC), a real-time performance monitoring solution for Avaya Aura and other unified communications platforms, has been selected for the Avaya DevConnect Select Product Program (SPP) in Europe. This means that Avaya clients in the EU now have direct access through their Avaya representative or reseller to world-class monitoring technology to maximize the performance of their communications investments.

Avaya launched its DevConnect SPP program in North America in February 2012, selecting IR Prognosis for UC as one of its strategic partner solutions. The program is now expanding into Europe following its success in North America.

Avaya clients in North America have benefited from the DevConnect SPP. The program reduces the time it takes for clients to purchase and benefit from Prognosis. This gives them rapid access to identifying and resolving issues before they affect the business or customers, resulting in fewer trouble tickets, the ability to optimize resources and reduce operational costs.

As a leading real-time voice quality performance management and monitoring solution for Avaya Aura® Communication Manager, US customers are already benefiting from using Prognosis.

Motley Rice LLC, one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' litigation firms recently acquired Prognosis and told us: “Motley Rice users were experiencing poor quality calls and frequent disconnection.
