The Promotion Marketing Association, the association for integrated marketing, announced today its Law Conference agenda is complete with the addition of a third keynote session co- presented by Robert Corn-Revere and Rosemary Harold. Mr. Corn-Revere is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, specializing in First Amendment and communications law. He represents media and advertising clients on a range of issues before the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission and in federal courts. Rosemary Harold is FCC in-house Legal Advisor, Media, Federal Communications Commission.

Other keynotes are: David Vladeck, the new Director, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Federal Trade Commission, who will present an overview of the FTC's newly revised endorsement guidelines, the impending revised environmental marketing guidelines, oversight of online advertising, revision to the negative option rule, and the agency's increased focus on fraudsters and children's marketing; and Jon Bruning, Esq., President, National Association of Attorneys General, who will deliver his keynote presentation focused on legal compliance in various states regarding such issues as privacy, deceptive advertising.
