MSI's solution, built on the Microsoft platform, helps achieve this goal by providing fully integrated property management, POS, web booking and more. We're pleased that MSI has achieved Gold Certified Partner status, proving competency levels in their products and people, and we'll continue to work together to benefit our mutual customers.

MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.), a hospitality technology solutions provider that focuses on property management software and solutions, is pleased to announce that it has achieved Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with competencies in Data Management Solutions and Custom Development Solutions. While the company has established itself as a Microsoft Certified Partner in the past, this represents the first time that MSI has reached this level of certification - the highest available - with Microsoft. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, MSI has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and a proven ability to meet customers' needs.

MSI has been working toward this status on an ongoing basis through a wide range of internal initiatives. Many of MSI's employees hold high-level Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft-Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Certified Application Developer and Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist. In addition, the company's support staff includes Microsoft Certified Product Specialists, Microsoft Certified Network Product Specialists and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrators. MSI also pursued its certification by providing Microsoft with multiple hotel and corporate client references that demonstrated the quality of the company's range of products and services, including its property management software. Finally, MSI has proven competency levels based on the design, deployment and third-party verification of multiple property management software products based on Microsoft tools and platforms.

"We are extremely happy to have this opportunity to align with Microsoft and gain access to a variety of leading-edge tools," said David Kantrud, senior vice president of development for MSI. "Our Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status clearly illustrates that MSI has fully embraced Microsoft technology as the platform of choice for our property management software and other products, and we look forward to continuing and strengthening our relationship with such a critical player in the software world."

"To drive differentiation in the guest experience, hospitality operators need to push a 360-degree view of individuals across the entire experience -- from pre-arrival, to check-in, to on-premise services," said Sandra Andrews, U.S. hospitality industry solutions director, Microsoft Corp. "MSI's solution, built on the Microsoft platform, helps achieve this goal by providing fully integrated property management, POS, web booking and more. We're pleased that MSI has achieved Gold Certified Partner status, proving competency levels in their products and people, and we'll continue to work together to benefit our mutual customers."

The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in October 2003 and represents Microsoft's ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognizes partner expertise, rewards the total impact that partners have in the technology marketplace, and delivers more value to help partners' businesses be successful. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, giving them a competitive advantage in the channel.
