Buildium Introduces EZ Mailer™ Service to its Line of Online Property Management Software

Boston, MA (PRWEB) May 30, 2007 -- Buildium, LLC announced today the addition of a new outsourced mailing service, EZ Mailer, to its popular property management software. Designed to save landlords and property management companies time and money, the EZ Mailer™ service prints and mails tenant and association owner statements on their behalf. Initially, only tenant and association owner statements will be available, but Buildium plans to introduce several new document templates over the next few months. The EZ Mailer service will be offered free of charge for a limited time, but customers will pay just $.80 per document thereafter.

With no long-term commitments or contracts, Buildium has plans starting at just $9.99 per month for landlords with up to 5 rental units to $174.99 a month for portfolios of up to 650 units.
