Hearing what the customers really think and then doing what you can to handle those concerns is one of the most legitimate ways to solve issues.

PropertyHistory.us.org is developing new initiatives to try to solve legit customer complaints, company officials said.
“When a customer has a legit complaint, we need to solve it as quickly and as fairly as possible,” a company spokesman said. “That's why we need to keep developing new ways to solve these questions and concerns.”
Part of the new initiative is hiring new customer service reps and providing them with high-end training on dealing with legitimate concerns, he said.
“When you have more customer service people, and also have them trained to a higher level, they will be able to figure out which concerns are legit and which ones are not,” he said. “That is the first step in solving legit complaints.”
The company has also invested in predictive software that can analyze a complaint to determine if it is legit, and if so, offer an equally as legitimate solution.
“The predictive software is a tool our customer service people can use to make identifying and resolving these complaints even easier than before,” he said.
Finally, the company is going to seek out customer feedback to find out what they could be doing to more effectively solve legit complaints.
“Hearing what the customers really think and then doing what you can to handle those concerns is one of the most legitimate ways to solve issues,” he said.
