We are going to design a better complaint resolution training program to make sure our existing employees have the skills they need to respond to each and every customer complaint fairly.

“In the past, we put most of our investment into marketing,” a company spokesman said. “But now we realize we need to invest that money into complaint resolution instead. We feel that it will pay dividends for years to come.”

The company is taking a two-pronged approach to their complaint resolution investment, he said.

“First, we are going to design a better complaint resolution training program to make sure our existing employees have the skills they need to respond to each and every customer complaint fairly,” he said.

Once that part of the operation is in place, the company then plans to hire more customer service staff members to deal with customer complaints.

“As soon as our current complaint resolution team is up to speed, we can bring new people on,” he said. “That way our experienced professionals can mentor new employees in how complaint resolution needs to work around here.”

The goal of the operation, he said, is to increase customer satisfaction levels.

“Every company has to target complaint resolution,” he said. “When you respond reasonably to every customer complaint, it can help grow your business.”
