Will Help Property Owners Avoid a Tenant Complaint

The guide will tell property owners the most common things that lead renters to file a complaint. is in the process of creating a guide that will help owners of rental properties reduce tenant complaints and manage tenant complaint resolution, the company said yesterday.

“We exist to help property owners,” a company spokesman said. “If you own rental properties, the biggest headache is picking up the phone and dealing with a tenant who has a complaint. We want to help our customers know what to do in order to prevent and resolve tenant complaints.”

The guide will tell property owners the most common things that lead renters to file a complaint, he said. Then, it will outline a complaint resolution strategy for each type of complaint.

“Many people invest in rental property without any experience in how to deal with a complaint from a tenant,” he said. “It's not something they teach you in school. We figure that if we can help educate people on complaint resolution, it will be better for both the landlord and the tenant.”

The guide is being put together by a team of real estate complaint resolution experts, he said.

“It should be available in the next few weeks,” he said. “Once people have this in their hand they will discover that complaint resolution is not anywhere near as difficult as they expected.”
