“People have let us know that even though our call center is excellent, they would rather connect with us online,” a spokesman said. “So we have made a major investment in our online help center in order to provide them with what they are looking for.” customers will now be able to talk to an online customer service representative directly on their site in order to get instant help. For more complex questions, they can also email a customer service manager directly.

“When they send us an email, we will resolve the problem and/or answer the question or concern within 24 hours,” the spokesman said. “No matter what the issue, if people want us to respond to them online we will make it happen.”

The online customer service help desk will supplement the social media outlets including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter that customers can also use to contact the company with any issues they may have.

“Our goal is to have the best customer service for our customers possible,” the spokesman said. “This way no matter how people want to communicate with us, we will accommodate them.”

The online customer support is live now, he said.
