Lead Alert will notify property managers in real time when a prospect submits an online guest card or lease application, and when a resident submits a rating or review of their property online.
Lead Alert can be downloaded for free and customized to display only the alerts property managers want to see. When a lead comes in, a small pop-up will appear from the manager's taskbar showing the origin and subject of the lead and a link they can click for more details.
