We want to get a good sense about how people think about our products and services. The best way to do that is to see how they feel about them in the long term, not just the short-term.

PropertyValues.us.org is launching a follow-up campaign to track customer satisfaction after purchase, the company said yesterday.
“We want to get a good sense about how people think about our products and services,” a PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “The best way to do that is to see how they feel about them in the long term, not just the short-term.”
Under the campaign, customers will be contacted 30 days after they purchase a public records real estate report, the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. They will then be contacted again 60 days after purchase.
“We'll be asking them how they feel about the product and if there is anything that we could improve,” he said. “We really want to know how people relate to the reports they buy at PropertyValues.us.org.”
If customers express any questions or concerns, they will be invited to contact a PropertyValues.us.org customer service person directly, he said.
“This is all about finding new ways to improve our products and services,” he said. “Over time, we expect this will up our customer satisfaction rates considerably.”
Should the company notice any trends in customer feedback, they will change their policies accordingly, the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said.
“Customer satisfaction is our main goal,” he said. “But we need to hear from our customers to find out exactly how to make that happen. This is a great way to do so.”
