PropertyValue.us.org is launching a customer feedback program to determine what areas of their customer service department they need to improve, company officials said.
“We want to provide the best customer service possible,” a company spokesperson said. “But it's hard to know how we are doing until we listen to our customers. We also want to find out what they really want from us.”
Feedback will be asked for at two specific points, the company said: When customers first get their property value reports, and after they contact the call center with any questions or concerns they may have.
“That gives us two very different data points,” the official said. “In the first case we'll get feedback on the records themselves and how well we provided them. In the second case we'll get a picture of how our customer service staff is doing.”

“We may find out that there is a date our customers want that we are not giving them,” the official said. “In that case we'll find a way to provide it. Or we may find out that there is a glitch in our customer service training, and if so we'll find a way to fix that as well.”
