We’re not only recognizing great leaders, but we’ll be providing all entrants with their engagement data. This is a great way for participants to know where they’re excelling, as well as where they might need to focus more.
Vernon Hills, IL (PRWEB) June 17, 2013
Wonderlic, the nation’s leading publisher of employment assessments and student admissions tests, today announced the Wonderlic Leadership Invitational, a challenge that awards managers and organizations for high levels of leadership and employee engagement.
“We are very excited to invite leaders to participate,” said Charlie Wonderlic, President and CEO of Wonderlic. “Great leaders foster employee engagement, but often have no concrete way of knowing what makes them successful. We’re not only recognizing great leaders, but we’ll be providing all entrants with their engagement data. This is a great way for participants to know where they’re excelling, as well as where they might need to focus more.”
Entries will be accepted between June 13 and August 30, 2013. All participants will receive a detailed report focused on them, as well as engagement metrics on their direct reports. In addition, “The Top 20” entrants will receive a framed Leadership Excellence Certificate, as well as be recognized on our website and in a series of press releases. In order to qualify for an award, entrants and at least five of their direct reports must complete the survey.
