Birmingham (February, 2013) - RealtySouth honored its top agents of 2012 at a recent awards breakfast at The Club. RealtySouth associate Carla Youngblood served as event emcee. Keynote speaker was Jon Croile, CEO of Maryland’s Champion Realty, a sister company of RealtySouth and fellow member of the HomeServices of America network.
Among those honored were the top agent in each branch office based on gross commission income, the top agent in each office for number of title orders with TitleSouth, number of closings with TitleSouth Closing Centers, number of insurance policies referred to InsuranceSouth and number of loans referred to and closed with HomeServices lending. In addition, the Relocation Department recognized its top agents for outgoing referrals.
Affiliate American Home Shield gave awards to the agents and branch office with the most warranties issued in 2012.
RealtySouth leaders paid special tribute to the agents who achieved the Gold and Millennium Club status for 2012.
Gold Club recognizes the top 25 agents based on units sold. The top five agents in this category were Teresa Ellard with 87 units closed, Scott Underwood with 85.42 units closed, Mike Wald with 75.5 units closed, Gusty Gulas with 74.95 units closed and Stephanie Robinson with 66.5 units closed.
Millennium Club recognizes the top 20% of the company’s agents based on gross commission income for the year. The top ten agents in this category were Stephanie Robinson, Jacque Bailey, Julie Kim, Mike Wald, Debi Mestre, Charles Valekis, Fred Smith, Gusty Gulas, Melissa Wise and Scott Underwood.
