Stephanie Harris, the first employee hired at Schaaf-PartnerCentric over a decade ago has acquired the company. Schaaf-PartnerCentric will now be known as PartnerCentric, Inc. effective immediately. The acquisition marks a natural evolution for one of the largest and most reputable Outsourced Program Management agencies in the space and now has the added distinction of being a Woman-Owned Business. PartnerCentric has over 35 employees working remotely all over the US and is home to some of the most seasoned account managers in the industry with an average of 10 years experience.
Stephanie Harris met Brook and Forrest Schaaf in 2006 while being interviewed by them at a bar in New Jersey. They had recently founded Schaaf Consulting, Inc. and needed to hire an experienced account manager. Once hired, Harris managed clients that are still with the company today and successfully held every role on her rise to CEO in 2015.
Harris says, “I have lived and breathed this company since its beginnings almost 11 years ago. This company has meant so much to me and has formed so much of my life, as much as I have formed it. In her tenure as CEO, Harris has ensured that employees are connected and supported and has enacted policies, such as all expenses paid company retreats, that have helped the company maintain alignment and pride in the organization. Additionally, she has been instrumental in signing several Fortune 500 clients and implementing comprehensive service offerings for influencer and content relationships. After a year of record growth, she is excited to see what the future holds for PartnerCentric.
