It is time we created an office space more appropriately matched to our growing and changing organization

MILWAUKEE (PRWEB) October 21, 2008

"We have a long standing commitment to this area and are excited about a new Wisconsin-based location," said Mike Mayoras, CEO of RedPrairie.

"With our current Waukesha leasing arrangement nearing conclusion, we have evaluated a variety of possible scenarios. We found the RP Technology Development Group to be very interested and aggressive in creating a solution that will allow us to remain close to its current location in the Waukesha County community. Simply put, we find this to be the best balance of location, amenities and cost."

"It is time we created an office space more appropriately matched to our growing and changing organization," Mayoras said.

Over the last few years, RedPrairie has transitioned from a regional warehouse management system provider based in Waukesha, Wis. to a global supply-chain execution and retail store operations solutions company, proud to serve many of the world's largest and most progressive organizations. Details of the planned development, to be located on the south side of I-94 and County Highway C in Waukesha County, will be determined in the coming weeks. The building is expected to provide approximately 120,000 square feet of office space and will be the largest of the four Phase I buildings. In addition, new building techniques will be utilized to create an environmentally friendly building that complements the surrounding area, while supporting the company's dynamic and collaborative culture. Occupancy is expected to begin in the fall of 2010.
