Malvern, Pennsylvania - October 15, 2000 - There is good news for fans of Sandra Boynton, (and fan's there are many, fanatics might be more accurate)…she is now online! But there's something new in store for her people when they click by. Well known of course, for her animals and wit in her greeting cards and childrens books, she now has a new mode of creative expression, that is no less appealing than anything she ever does. She writes songs…children's songs. And she has authorized the creation of an online store specifically for her music.

The website is called Boynton Songs at http://www.boyntonsongs.com . This is the exclusive source for the just-released CD version of her award-winning "Rhinoceros Tap", her first musical offering that debuted a few years back, originally published by Workman Publishing, in the form of a songbook/cassette. With over 100,000 copies sold, it is still going strong in the bookstores.

Created in collaboration with composer/arranger Michael Ford, Boynton's "Rhinoceros Tap" CD is a wonderfully varied set of memorable songs for children that parents seem to enjoy just as much as the kids. Just a glance at the real people reviews they have compiled on the website makes it easy to understand why the original book/cassette won the Parents Choice Award for that year and was selected for the Children's Book-of-the-Month Club.

Boyntonsongs.com lets you listen to a generous portion of every song .

The website also offers a sneak preview of their next children's CD — a song called "Pajama Time", which is also the name of her latest children's book published by Workman and doing extremely well in the stores. As soon as the new CD is released, it will be available at boyntonsongs.com.
