IT staffing firm Digital Prospectors Corp (DPC), which builds teams of highly qualified IT and engineering professionals for contract and permanent IT positions, has won a subcontractor role as part of a $15 billion Alliant Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).
Working with DSD Labs of Massachusetts, DPC will be a key provider of engineering services to various government customers for the duration of the contract, which has a five-year base period with the option for a second five-year extension.
“This is an important achievement for our IT staffing firm and we’re very pleased to be working with DSD Labs and the U.S. General Services Administration,” said DPC President Jessica Catino. “The team at DPC has worked tremendously hard to provide custom service to each of our clients and job candidates in embedded systems engineering, health information systems, and Department of Defense, which has helped DPC build a reputation worthy of these types of contracts.”
Having placed thousands of employees and government contractors in embedded systems, healthcare information systems, and Department of Defense positions, DPC was chosen for its deep background in Air Force Logistics and expertise in planning large Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based data warehouse environments.
