Ms. Whiteside recently conducted an appraisal on the personal scrapbook collection for famed resort architect and Palm Beach County resident, Addison Mizner. The collection of twenty-five scrapbooks with original renderings and illustrations includes some of his most important designs, including the Cloisters, Boca Raton Resort, many Palm Beach mansions, and the influencing styles throughout his lifetime. The collection, one of Palm Beach County’s foremost noteworthy museum exhibitions is enjoyed internationally.

Patricia L. Whiteside also was most recently retained to value the second largest Boehm Porcelain collection in the world. The private collection is on display in Naples, Florida and includes more than two-hundred of the rarest pieces of American porcelain by internationally acclaimed artist Edward Marshal and Helen Boehm.

Ms. Whiteside appraised and secured one of the largest charitable donations of original architectural renderings of Whitehall Museum by renowned architects Carrere and Hastings to a Palm Beach County museum. The collection featured as part of the Beaux Arts Collection. The Carrere and Hastings Firm designed noteworthy historical properties, including the New York City Public Library, Whitehall, and Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, Florida.

Ms. Whiteside valued the Sailfish Monument in Historic Stuart, Florida, "The Sailfish Capitol of The World" by Geoffrey Smith, acclaimed realist and wildlife sculptor.
