Cimetra Hires on Tracey Stammers as Operations Manager

The third party logistics company, Cimetra takes a big step in creating more efficient shipping and inventory services with the addition of Tracey Stammers. As Operations Manager Stammers will be tasked managing Cimetra’s overall process and successfully implementing improved operations strategies.

With over 30 years of third party logistics experience under their belt, the inventory and warehousing experts at Cimetra are still working hard to supply businesses with affordable and effective distribution solutions. One of the ways they do so is by adding highly skilled professionals to their ever growing team. The most recent addition to the Nashville 3PL company, Operations Manager Tracey Stammers, adds a valued member to the Cimetra family.

“Tracey has been a great addition to the Cimetra team,” stated Cimetra President Melanie Guay. “We are really looking forward to seeing what her added expertise is going to bring to the table. She displays a great deal of eagerness and drive to do the necessary work that will raise the level of service we offer. One of Stammers’ main responsibilities as Operations Manager will be maintaining the high level of warehousing and logistics services offered by Cimetra. This will be accomplished by reviewing current procedures and ascertaining how things might be adjusted to increase efficiency. Her role will be dynamically linked to the daily flow of business by instituting and developing new or current procedures where she deems necessary, while also monitoring their total effectiveness.

“Cimetra is growing and there are a lot of materials, product and inventory coming in and out of our doors on a pretty regular basis,” explained Stammers. “It is going to be an exciting challenge with things moving and changing at such a quick pace. Though, I believe in every challenge there can be a good amount of success to be had. Together with our dedicated team I feel confident we will be able to do some pretty awesome things for our clients.”

As Cimetra looks forward to growth and expansion, Stammers will make certain that new business is not hampered and continues to roll on with the same fluidity. Keeping a thriving, productive partnership with clients is a key feature to Cimetra’s daily operations and success. With this new addition in personnel they continue to secure a stronger infrastructure into each service they offer.

Previous to joining the team in Nashville Stammers worked as the assistant manager in the Cimetra - New York warehouse. During her free time when she isn’t coming up with improved solutions to Cimetra client’s daily order fulfillment and documentation needs she enjoys reading, arts & crafts and spending time with her family.
