Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 31, 2012
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that construction on the office will include additional parking, and that the project is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The total cost of the project is estimated to cost around $500,000, and that figure includes the design, as well as the permits, said Alex De Castroverde.
The attorneys at De Castroverde recognize the rich history behind the home that the Brian family originally purchased for $5,500 back in 1943, where they lived in the 900 square foot home until 1968.
De Castroverde said that they are trying to put their money where their mouth is, and that hopefully it will be a nice addition that will make the neighborhood nicer. He also said that when he first purchased the property in 2005, it was a homeless park and it was horrible. He says that now it’s a nice-looking park and the atmosphere today is definitely different.
After the Bryan family sold their home, the property was used for various different commercial businesses, one of which included a Western art gallery. Over the last forty years there have been multiple additions to the property that have increased its size to about 3,700 feet.
Former Nevada governor Richard Bryan said that he drives through this neighborhood on his way to church, and it brings back good memories. He said that nobody grew up in a happier neighborhood than he did, and he mentioned how there were “kids galore,” and it was during the war years. Back then, the park was much larger and in the summer the kids had pickup baseball games in the park.
The demolition and future office expansion was also mentioned in Tony Illia’s Power Broker Confidential, Southern Nevada’s Source for Real Estate News + Analysis. On his website, Tony reported that Alan Jeskey Builders are performing the addition to the De Castroverde Law Group’s 6-year-old offices that are located at 1149 S. Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 5,000 square-foot expansion will be doubling the current size of their building.
The project has been designed by Jawa Studio and is slated to be completed sometime in late December. The De Castroverde Law Group was founded by brothers Alex and Orlando De Castroverde, and the office has been located on Maryland Parkway across the street from Huntridge Circle Park since 2006.
