With the unanimous backing and support of the Pediastaff Management Team, we launched PS MedJobs, and I feel confident of its imminent success

Huntsville, AL (PRWEB) October 29, 2012

Vicki Hill, a veteran of the recruiting industry, has been named the Director of Development for PediaStaff’s new hospital division, PS MedJobs.

PediaStaff is a nationwide, niche-oriented recruiting firm focusing on the placement and staffing of pediatric therapists. As a division of PediaStaff, PS MedJobs concentrates on the placement of pediatric and adult therapists in hospital and clinic settings. This includes openings for occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists in outpatient, inpatient, and acute care positions in hospitals and clinics across the country.

According to PediaStaff Vice President of Recruitment Keith Adams, Hill was chosen to lead this new division due to her client-driven philosophy as well as her experience in running her own business. Prior to joining PediaStaff in 2008, Hill owned Liberty Search, Inc., where she recruited Direct-Hire Allied Health Professionals.

“She is very entrepreneurial by nature, which is a trait that we want to nurture as we further grow the PediaStaff footprint,” Adams said. “Vicki has been able to develop lines of business within PediaStaff that were non-existent before she joined our team, and I am confident that she will use that same persistence and drive to help propel PS MedJobs forward.”

During her tenure with Pediastaff, Hill has covered the California and New Mexico markets as well as several states in the south for the firm. As Director of Development for PS MedJobs, she is now responsible for leading the division’s team, which includes recruiters Bess Robbins and Christine Rogers.

“With the unanimous backing and support of the PediaStaff Management Team, we launched PS MedJobs, and I feel confident of its imminent success,” Hill said. “My newly acquired staff is eager to expand their existing recruiting skills into adult world. I remain challenged and honored to launch this new division.”

PS MedJobs places therapists in both direct-hire and contract positions. Contractors placed through the division will be employed through the contract staffing back-office services of Top Echelon® Contracting.
