The powerhouse duo will uphold Moxie’s commitment to deliver exceptional, creative campaigns on robust technology platforms with a strong emphasis on data, analytics and performance. Fleischman began his new role October 15, spearheading technology strategy and innovation, with a strong emphasis on big data implementation. Fleishman will lead Moxie’s technology team. Reeves began his role October 17, leading the creative team with a focus on creative that performs. Both will report to President, Suzy Deering.

Reeves joins Moxie from the Hacker Group and other well-known agencies like J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather, and Grey. Anthony has won countless awards from Cannes to Clios, Addys to Webbys, for international and national client work. He has in-depth knowledge of creative development, team building, strategy, product and brand growth, new business, and client relationships.

Fleischman, joins Moxie from Microsoft (MSFT) where he was Director, Digital Systems and Analytics at the software giant’s Redmond world headquarters. He was responsible for Microsoft’s strategy and delivery of cross-company digital marketing platforms and capabilities including digital optimization, content and asset management, social media systems, ROMI measurement and clickstream analytics. Fleischman’s resume also includes SVP Technology at Wunderman/KBM, VP Director of Technology McCann Worldgroup, and VP Internet Technology Solutions Publicis Modem. Fleischman helped pioneer SAAS, video-streaming, and interactive gaming.
