Marc-Michaels Interior Design Inc. is renewing its relationship with Stock Development on two models in Naples, Fla.
Designers Kim Grimes and Nicole Parker will complete two furnished models, one in the Quail West community and the second in Fiddler’s Creek. Both are country club communities that offer their homeowners excellent amenities, such as a club and spa, fitness center, resort-style multipool swimming complex, tennis, restaurants and an active social calendar. Homes in these communities start in the mid-$600s and range to custom homes priced at more than $7 million.
The Tuscany model in Quail West is 4,139 square feet. This luxury community targets an upscale empty nester with a casual yet style. Main features of this home include the cohesive indoor/outdoor entertaining areas, upgraded kitchen and a limestone fireplace.
Stock Development will add a more custom choice to the Fiddler’s Creek community. The Greenbriar model, being furnished by Marc-Michaels Interior Design, is approximately 3,000 square feet. The décor is a modern Santa Barbara look with crisp, clean upholstery and Mediterranean-inspired casegood pieces.
