In an effort to better serve its customer base, Ovation has enhanced its existing product to streamline recruiting workflow, increase product accessibility, simplify its pricing and has improved upon its already popular mobile platform. Recruiting Process Workflow
- Companies can now define precise workflows and track candidates as they move through recruiting steps for consistent results. Tasks such as candidate screening and interviews can be monitored seamlessly to improve efficiency.
- Candidate records are now tagged with attributes such as staffing agency affiliation, company role and workflow step for quick candidate searching throughout the Ovation system.
Hiring tool enhancements
- Provides a “widget” companies can plug into their website to display job postings so that candidates who see a job opening on the company’s website can click the link and apply automatically on Ovation’s website.
- Ovation partners can now offer the tool to their customer base through a co-branded signup page.
- Ovation has eliminated its subscription pricing model. Ovation users are now able to pay-per-posting reducing any extraneous cost; making Ovation’s platform the most cost effective option on the market today.
- The Ovation mobile app can be used to track open job postings and review candidate applications as soon as they are submitted. HR managers using Ovation can contact candidates via phone, email or text message directly from the application, as well as pass opportunities directly to prospective candidates they meet with QR codes.
