Continuing their philosophy of “Evolution, Not Revolution” in enhancing SaaS technology, software, and processes, global SaaS provider DataServ is pleased to unveil Evolution│12, a variety of no-cost service upgrades to all DataServ clients. Each of the enhancements is designed to increase functionality, improve the overall user experience, and reduce client costs.

The Evolution│12 enhancements are:

  • Mobile Approvals Site – in an effort to save time for busy executives by streamlining the Accounts Payable approval process, DataServ has created an intuitive mobile approval interface for all parts of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solution set. A web application compatible with all mobile platforms, the new Mobile Approvals site allows executives to quickly access the system, easily view and approve invoices, and move on to their next meeting.
  • Data Export – strengthening the DataServ interface functionality, this enhancement increases the ability to perform data analysis by allowing anyone with “view” access to export data to a comma-separated values (CSV) file or Excel spreadsheet. In the past, only those who had “edit” permission could perform these functions. This upgrade allows a wider audience to share and analyze vital client data, thereby saving time and, ultimately, money.
  • System Monitoring – this new platform-level feature gives clients visibility “in plain site” into DataServ system uptime, enabling further transparency such as specific process monitoring, Digital Mailroom turnaround, and other capabilities in the future.

All DataServ clients will receive a short tutorial video and simple written instructions for each enhancement. Additionally, DataServ Client Service will be checking in with every client to answer questions and ensure everyone receives maximum benefit from the upgrades.
