Their presentation, entitled “Positioning for Success,” will discuss the evolution of recruitment in terms of today’s most cutting edge technologies and social media outlets. The SHRM event itself will provide great networking exposure to over 70 of New Jersey’s top Human Resource providers, and various speakers will present on the most pressing and relevant HR topics.

Speaking to the latest social media trends and search vehicles, they will explore the future of recruiting and effective recruitment strategy. The theme of the conference is “HR’s Voice in Action,” and it will be an informative event with over 60 sessions to attend. Participants and speakers will explore innovative programs to hone skills, and learn new ways to collaborate and influence business partners with HR's voice. This year, there will be ten strategic and three international sessions. The conference will last for three days and has been approved for 12.5 credits from HRCI.
