During the months of August 2012 and September 2012 the senior living lead generation site, SeniorLeads.org, received a rapid increase in senior lead requests. In response to the large number of requests the lead generation and pre-screening team has increased their program production and qualifying methods. In regards to this increase in production and qualifying methods, marketing manager James Connolly, had the following to say.
“We knew there would be a response to the SeniorLeads program, but we had no idea it would be this large and far reaching. We are excited and pleased to see such a large response. However, this response has changed a few plans in how we handle production and the qualifying of the leads we offer to senior professionals. The changes we have made will allow us to meet the demands of the requests while offering higher quality standards during the pre-screening process.
Mr. Connolly went on to discuss how the lead generation team plans to increase production of quality pre-screened leads. The process will include the basic method that SeniorLeads has used all along. The leads will be generated through various methods and seniors will be contacted to ensure their interest in various senior programs. During the screening portion of the process, qualified lead generation agents will ask various questions to determine if the senior has special needs. These needs can include, but are not limited to; assisted living, long-term care, memory loss care for a loved one, home health care, monitoring services and other specific needs.
Once the leads have been qualified and verified the lead generation team will move them through several steps before they are offered as a genuine quality lead to senior service providers. This process is very similar to the process which was already being used by SeniorLeads.org. However, certain differences will apply that will allow the production team to meet the growing needs of senior service providers.
