Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a global commercial and industrial steam cleaner supplier with customers in over 200 countries, has introduced to the cleaning industry a line of steam cleaner vacs with patent-pending, certified anti-bacterial features. Importantly, the company's proprietary ATIS® (Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization®) machines are 100% compliant with EPA regulations. They have been scientifically proven to kill more than 99.99% of dangerous MRSA Staphylococcus and other extremely harmful bacteria and mold affecting humans in health care and other settings.
"Consulting with the EPA prior to finalizing necessary product labeling took a substantial amount of time," according to Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com's product spokesperson. "Daimer® is the only vapor steam cleaner vendor in the U.S.A. that can promote specific bacteria destruction rates, i.e. 99.99%, etc. for commercial steam cleaner vacuum machines. Anyone else doing so is in violation of the law."
Daimer®'s KleenJet® Mega 500VP, Mega 1000CVP, Supreme 3000CVP, and Ultra 5000CVP include ATIS® technology and are immediately available for shipment within North America and other countries that use 60 Hz power. Every one of the company's bacteria-tested machines includes an EPA number on the label, guaranteeing it is authentic.
Higher Boiler Temperatures
ATIS® machines' boilers include the company's patent-pending technology, which not only works to kill bacteria more effectively than conventional commercial steam cleaner systems, but also helps to maximize the Super-Heated temperatures within Daimer®'s boilers. The technology also draws minerals out of the water to help maintain a cleaner boiler inner surface while reducing scale buildup. The accumulation of scale is a leading cause of reduced steam outflow temperatures and eventual heating element failure. Importantly, all of Daimer®'s vapor machines include inexpensive, completely replaceable heating elements that do not require the replacement of an entire boiler, as is the case with other steam cleaner brands on the market.
The KleenJet® 500VP, 1000CVP, 3000CVP, and 5000CVP models feature up 75, 105, 115, and 125 pounds per square inch (psi) of steam flow, respectively. Temperatures range from 315ºF from the 500CVP to 369ºF for the 5000CVP. All models include proprietary Water Capture technology, which captures wet and dry substances and particulates for simple disposal. HEPA filters rated to 3 microns are standard on all models
Although ATIS® machines are not considered carpet steam cleaner product, they are ideal to drastically improve indoor air quality, especially for those with allergies or else professionals targeting allergy reduction. The machines can help attack or extract a multitude of allergens, including, but not limited to animal dander, dust mites, fungus, dust mites, and pollens that have somehow settled onto carpets by foot or air.
All models can be used on most hard surfaces within commercial and residential settings, with the exception of those that are porous, like concrete or unsealed stone floors. Over 36 parts are included with each model. During a current sales promotion, Daimer® is offering with each Mega 1000CVP, Supreme 3000CVP, and Ultra 5000CVP a free trolley with baskets to hold many popularly used parts. Extra long hoses up to 24 feet are available for those seeking to clean within a greater radius without moving the machines.
