“We pride ourselves on offering clients access to a world-class consulting team and best-in-class technology, which combined are responsible for posting over $25 billion of compensation expense." Takis Makridis, President and CEO, Equity Methods.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (PRWEB) October 09, 2012

Equity Methods, a leading provider of equity compensation design, valuation and financial reporting services, today announced that the Company was rated number one in overall client satisfaction in Group Five’s recently published 2012 Stock Plan Administration Study, receiving a 92 percent favorability rating. 100 percent of respondents indicated they were either completely or mostly satisfied with Equity Methods’ support and expertise.

The annual study, conducted by corporate services research firm Group Five, measured corporate satisfaction with stock plan administrators, administration systems, and financial reporting services. It is the largest ever conducted in the stock plan industry with 822 plan sponsors participating — representing 2,416 stock plans including stock options, restricted stock, stock purchase, performance shares, and stock appreciation rights. In its fourteenth year, the study represents the only independent forum for corporate stock plan sponsors to make their opinions and priorities known to service providers of stock plan administration services, commercial systems, and financial reporting services. This marks the first time the study has quantified satisfaction with individual service providers of financial accounting and reporting services for stock plans. The Stock Plan Administration Study Summary and the Financial Reporting Services for Stock Plans Research Report are available from the Equity Methods’ website at http://www.equitymethods.com/documents/group-fives-stock-plan-administration-study.

“We pride ourselves on offering clients access to a world-class consulting team and best-in-class technology, which combined are responsible for posting over $25 billion of compensation expense,” said Takis Makridis, President and CEO, Equity Methods. “It is an honor to be recognized by clients for the caliber of our financial reporting solutions, and our continued commitment to excellent service.”
