FaveQuest Corp. Launched Mobile Apps Solution for Conferences at 26th Annual OCFF Conference

We’re thrilled to have partnered with FaveQuest to launch our 2012 OCFF Conference mobile apps. We know that conference attendees already rely heavily on their smartphones and tablets during the conference.

Ottawa, Ontario (PRWEB) October 11, 2012

Now in its 26th year, the OCFF conference is the key event for Ontario’s folk, roots, and traditional music community. Over four days and three nights, more than 700 delegates will hear provocative speakers, engage in lively roundtable discussions, hear some of the best performers in the country, and interact with its mobile applications available on the iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and the mobile web.

FaveQuest Corp., longtime player in the event software market, developed the mobile apps using its brand new MyConferenceApps solution. The company announced MyEventApps earlier this year as the easy, fun and affordable mobile solution for all types of events that has since released hundreds of apps.

“Whereas MyEventApps is more focused on cultural and community events such as festivals and local theaters, MyConferenceApps responds to the needs of professional events like conferences and trade shows,” says Allan Isfan, CEO, FaveQuest Corp.

The OCFF mobile apps will keep attendees informed thanks to its complete event calendar, and engaged by enabling them to interact with each other via Twitter and share photos with their colleagues back at the office using the integrated JamCam. The apps also offer the ability for attendees to connect with each other by easily looking up the list of speakers, artists and delegates, and accessing their contact information.

“We’re thrilled to have partnered with FaveQuest to launch our 2012 OCFF Conference mobile apps. We know that conference attendees already rely heavily on their smartphones and tablets during the conference. We’re certain that providing these apps will improve their experience at this year’s event,” says Peter MacDonald, Executive Director, OCFF.
