HookLogic’s Lead2Showsm platform will integrate CallSource’s call tracking data, enhancing the conversion of leads to showroom visits. The integration will allow dealers to reanimate leads that show offline buying behaviors. Lead2Show dealers experience a closing rate as high as 47 percent. This additional data integration will enhance the product offering.

CallSource’s DealSaver® solution will interface with HookLogic’s AutoHook API, enhancing conversion of leads to showroom visits. When a specific sales phone lead is not converted into an appointment, or mishandled in other ways, CallSource alerts the dealership leveraging its DealSaver technology. Email and mobile app notifications are sent to the dealer to reconvene the conversation in an effort to save the deal. The AutoHook API adds an effective incentive to the rescued conversation, increasing chances of getting the customer into the dealership.
