Local transportation company eAfrica Tours officially announced their ad-hoc partnership with the Arena International Group to assist the BPeSA (Business Process enabling South Africa) as the major provider of transportation services during the Inaugural Offshoring South Africa summit which ran from October 31st, 2012 and November 02nd, 2012 at the Table Bay Hotel at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa.

eAfrica Tours offered local dinner transfer shuttles, day tour bus hires traveling to Table Mountain and other city sightseeing tours, as well as airport transfer services to and from Cape Town International Airport for all international delegates.

The summits primarily focused on the question: why has Cape Town become a lucrative region for offshoring opportunities. In addition, the issue of collectively overcoming the numerous challenges presented by international offshoring will also be discussed.

Both local and international leaders in business process outsourcing (BPO) had exchanged insights on the topic of the opportunities that Cape Town is able to offer now and in the future.

Among the international delegates in attendance were world-renowned companies such as UBS, Nestle, Vodafone, Deutsche Telecom, Barclay’s, and Mahindra Satyam. Altogether, BPeSA brought together over thirty global companies at the summit. They met with over 70 local delegates in attendance bringing the two sides together for the first time to analyze prospects and discuss various operational issues. Among them were leading services providers such as Amazon, T-Mobile, Aegis, and Tele Performance.
