Unanet Technologies announces new positions to strengthen their Professional Services and Customer Account Management teams.
Jonathan Reynolds is appointed Director, Professional Services. In his new role Jonathan will work within the Unanet Professional Services group, reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, Steve Bittner. With support from other members of the team, Jonathan will implement, develop and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) at Unanet to improve the delivery, efficiency and quality of Unanet implementation process. The role includes scoping new engagements and developing Statements of Work, leading internal process improvement projects and the weekly Project Lifecycle meeting, analyzing project performance metrics, hiring and mentoring new Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
Holly Schalow is appointed Director, Customer Account Management (CAM). In this new role, Holly will coach and lead the CAM Team in day-to-day activities with customers including customer meetings and annual conferences, support on customer calls and demos, proposal generation, webinars, surveys, CAM reporting, and other activities to enhance the customers’ experience.
