The World Class Customer Service Award recognizes companies who embody the best in providing exceptional customer service. A panel of judges selects recipients based on several criteria including customer service best practices, customer recognition practices and a company culture which encourages employees to deliver superior customer service by thinking of the customer first.
This year, 25 Atlanta area companies were named as finalists including BlueWave Computing.
