In order to determine which companies would be included, the NMFI examined criteria including, but not limited to, the company’s commitment to recruitment, number of franchises awarded, and on-going support of minorities through actions. Currently, 75% of 360clean’s unit franchisees are minority-owned, with many of them acting as mentors for new franchise owners.
