San Diego, CA (PRWEB) November 05, 2012
San Diego attorney Susan K. Chelsea has just been appointed to the State Bar of California’s Real Property Law Section Executive Committee.
The Real Property Law Section is the third largest section of the California State Bar. The section's role is to coordinate educational programs and literature for California real estate attorneys, and communicate current developments and trends in real property law to over 7,000 section members. Executive Committee members also play a significant role in the development of policies and legislation affecting California real estate.
Ms. Chelsea, Senior Counsel in the firm's San Diego office, has over two decades of business litigation, real estate, employment law, and transactional experience. She also co-chairs the firm's Employment and Labor practice group, and started her three-year appointment at the conclusion of the State Bar's annual conference held in Monterey, California.
“Susan is an excellent addition to the Real Property section's Executive Committee,” said John Klinedinst, Founder and CEO of Klinedinst PC. “She is a natural leader, and her willingness to educate and provide guidance to her peers across the state makes her the perfect addition to this high-profile committee.”
The firm has maintained a significant presence in the section's Executive Committee. Jose A. Mendoza, Counsel based in Klinedinst's Los Angeles office, also currently serves on the Real Property Law Section's Executive Committee. Mr. Mendoza was appointed in 2010.
