Event highlights include a special keynote presentation by Dr. Joseph Ouslander, Project Director from Florida Atlantic University’s INTERACT team. Dr. Ouslander will be addressing the audience on the importance of quality improvement programs to support reductions in unnecessary hospital admissions and readmissions, a growing problem facing the post-­acute care industry today. Dr. Ouslander will review the current INTERACT Program as well as offer a sneak preview into the new INTERACT III tools that will be available with eINTERACT, the recently announced joint initiative with PointClickCare to develop an industry standard INTERACT design and certification for EHR platforms.
