Charity Fundraising Packages and The Arts and Science Center of Southeast Arkansas are proud to announce their partnership for the “Potpourri 2012 OnStage Benefit” on Saturday, December 1, 2012. Executive Director, Dr. Lenore Shoults comments, “We truly believe in the power of art and creativity. In Southeast Arkansas there is a 25% poverty rate. The work that we do, offering free cultural education opportunities to anyone that walks through our door, could not happen without this fundraiser.” The Arts and Science Center of Southeast Arkansas, founded in 1968, includes four galleries, a 232-person theater, classroom space and administrative space. The 2012 Potpourri Benefit will be held for the first time in the Center’s Catherine M. Bellamy Theatre. “We are thrilled to transform our beautiful theater into a grand ballroom for this spectacular event,” comments Shoults.
