Van Otis Master Chocolatier, Jack Michael Pisciotta has invested countless hours experimenting and refining his recipes to create the perfect blend of innovative flavors for this new line of Gourmet Caramels. Pisciotta would like to see his new caramels become as popular as Van Otis' signature Swiss Fudge. He adds, "I love a high-quality caramel so I was inspired to combine and create flavors to make them a little wild and slightly exotic".

Seasonal flavors, like Pumpkin Caramel covered in white chocolate will be available for a limited time only but will be replaced with holiday-inspired flavors throughout the coming months. Pisciotta is already back in the kitchen creating the next holiday flavor which he says may be maple-inspired.
