President Obama will face serveral economic challenges upon reelection, especially pertaining to the housing market. In order to prevent any significant changes, Congress must agree on a solution in place of the fiscal cliff, a series of tax increases and spending cuts purposed to cut the crippling federal deficit. However, this fix seems unlikely. According to a report by credit rating agency Standard & Poor, there is a 20% to 25% chance the U.S. economy will experience a double-dip recession. In such a state, the housing market will also take a dip, giving the President a need to quickly find solutions. Recently, however, mortgage rates are improving and the housing market has slowly recovered. An ARCLand Title professional comments, “with an austere future pending, Americans should take advantage of the current conditions and buy homes now.”
As home-buyers rush to make purchases, title insurance cannot be overlooked. The ARCland Title representative also commented, “hurried decisions often breed mistakes and can cause big problems with property claims further down the road. ARCLand Title insures new home owners that their purchase will be safe from furture claims against their property and that each sale is closed in an efficent and effective manner.” ARCLand Title professionals perform an extensive search of all recorded documents relating to the property to be purchased. These records are then carefully examined by experienced title officers to determine their effect on the current status of ownership and a report is issued to the customer to review. Generally, this process allows any potential problems to be identified and cleared before purchase of the property. ARCLand Title has several offices in Texas including: Austin title company, Arlington title company, Colleyville title company, Houston title company and Southlake title company, but their services can be performed throughout the United States.
As President Obama renews his term, he will address an austere economic future, including a less than ideal housing market. ARCland Title states, “if the American economy continues down the path S&P predicts, home buyers will have more reason to make sure their home purchases are protected, whether they buy now or later, as the situation worsens. ARCland Title can provide these customers with the insurance they need, eliminating unneccesary loss due to hurried decisions in an unstable market.”
