Haynes and Boone Team Advises Dutch Supplier in Transaction

Haynes and Boone, LLP represented a wholly-owned, US subsidiary of Doedijns International BV, a Dutch supplier of engineered products and services for the energy and maritime sectors, in its acquisition of all of the assets of Logan Industries International Corporation.

Partners Bill Kleinman and Tony Newton led the transaction team that included Senior Attorney Jeff Curtis, and associates Doug Hansen and Catherine Roark.
