According to a recent study by the Harvard Business Review, the percent of U.S. companies planning to use temporary staffing at all levels will increase from 38% today to 58% over the next few years. The use of temporary or contract employees at administrative levels is widespread, but companies are now seeing value in using temporary employees in director-, vice president- and C-level roles.
