Perth property developer, 4Land Property Group, has built a display home in the Perth suburb of Pearsall that many are saying appears to defy the laws of physics. This display home compares very favourably to homes in Perth, where buyers are currently paying around $500,000 for house and land packages for Perth homes that may be too large for their needs. The Retreat home allows those who don’t require a large house to spend their hard-earned money only on the amount of space they need, instead of having to pay for wasted space.
