3) Copy the selected PDFs into a previously defined directory and they will be immediately available for review on smart phones via ConnectBooks—based on the fact that they are in that directory. ConnectBooks will display them using the title specified for each report and graph.

If confronted with a potential shortfall in any month, the “Who Owes Me” special report in the Dashboard highlights clients who may be induced to pay early. Likewise, the “Who I Owe” report identifies vendors where payments might be delayed.
