Super D Independent Distribution (SDID) announces that Tuesday, December 11th, 2012 Record Collection will reissue John Frusciante albums The Will To Death, Inside of Emptiness, A Sphere in the Heart of Silence, Curtains, DC EP, The Empyrean and Ataxia I & II on limited edition 180 gram vinyl through Super D’s Independent Distribution arm SDID.

The currently out of print LP's will include a download card offering customers their choice of MP3 or .WAV files.

These limited edition reissues represent an expanded relationship between SDID and Record Collection in 2012 which has included two highly successful solo recordings from Frusciante; an EP called Letur-Lefr followed up by LP PBX Funicular Intaglio Zone.

Tapping into John's enormous global fan base, both releases have been met with critical and commercial success in US and around the world.

The success of the Record Collection model is an example of a do-it-yourself approach that has worked for myriad independent artists and labels in recent years including the Civil Wars, Rodriguez, and others. At SDID we are proud to provide the distribution platform that works for the labels, retailers and consumers who are hungry for the physical format.

We look forward to December 11 and the re-release of this important catalog of music just in time for the holiday season.
